The Major Infrastructure activity for the entire Aerotropolis will be planned and executed from day one with simultaneous activity on all fronts with an aim to complete the Project by the end of Three to Five Years.
To achieve this we shall have world class Project Management teams with the most modern and contemporary support from Companies such as Reveron –Bentley to ensure BIM standards at all stages to ensure near perfect synergy over the Project life time looking at the next 50 years. Project implementation will be in Four Major Phases
Phase I:
❖ Completion of Runway Complex on Air Side
❖ Completion of Airport City Side Facilities
❖ Completion of All Hangars for Aircraft Manufacturing, Helicopter Manufacturing, Engine Manufacturing
❖ Completion of Township Complex
Phase II:
Air Cargo
Air University
Phase III:
❖ MRO
Phase IV: Defense Park Activities:
The following Defense Activities would commence by end of phase IV.
❖ Main Battle Tank Manufacturing.
❖ Manufacturing, Assemble of Aircraft and Helicopter.
❖ Limited completion of Residential complex, Main Battle Tank Upgrade Program Synchronization, Power Train, Turrets Sighting devices, APU, Drive train, Ammunition.
Also, Defense Park would be active with Soldiers Personal Protection equipment and Bomb Disposal Equipment manufacturing:

❖ Bulletproof Vest
❖ Bulletproof Helmets
❖ Bomb disposal equipment
